1. Function independently as a Registered Nurse, or Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with the Ohio Board of Nursing Guidelines.
2. Assists with Hearing and Vision screening as needed.
3. Dispense medication according to Ohio Revised Code.  This can include oral medication, IM injections, SQ injections, emergency medication and administering insulin via insulin pump.
4. Assist with Scoliosis Screening as needed.
5. Assume responsibility for injured or ill students as needed.
6. Other duties as directed by the School Nurse.
7. Must have an active and valid nursing license.
8. Must have an active and valid Ohio Department of Education Substitute Pupil Services: School Nurse license.

Shift: 7.5 hrs/day (or as needed)

Daily Rate:  $100/day

Hourly Rate: $13.33/hr
